Beholding His Glory
Our goal whenever we gather as a church is to behold more of Jesus in order to behold our God, who is the true source of all joy and life.
Becoming Like Jesus
For Christians, focusing on Christ inspires and enables them to become more like Him. Their spiritual growth relies on seeing God more clearly through faith, guided by the Spirit. Though this is a continual (and sometimes slow) progression in the life of a believer, it will be completed in an instant when we behold the one who is our hope; in that moment we will become pure as he is pure because we will see him as he is.
Bringing His Blessing
As we behold Jesus and are transformed into his image and likeness once more, Christians become salt and light, bringing preservation of life and beauty to all of creation. We take the good news of Christ’s New Creation reign to every corner of the earth, inviting all to join in the joy of the Creator of the world and the only Saviour this world will ever know. We bless his creation by reflecting Him to this world until he appears.
